Consideration at the industries certain sectors are prohibited strictly to the trespassers the privacy is an important. Only the authorized person can enter into the sectors. Since the sector is dangerous area where the un- expected happenings like fire accidents or any kind of dangerous can happen with the mishandling of operation at the sector. In some cases even the authorities cannot directly monitor the sector all the time because of the nature environment of the sector. Hence a management system is a necessary one but it should be automated one to avoid direct human intervention at all the times.

            Our proposal provides a new intelligent management system. It is an automatic control system at the desired place from the sector. The entry of the authorized person is authenticated with a RF transmitter at the person by which the entry time name and out time all the details are obtained through receiver at the spot. The emergency alerting system by which, the temperature monitored to alert fire accidents. The unauthorized person can be recognized using PIR device for human detection and alert signal is sent to the monitor system.
